The big Carving Cutlery-Set was developed by the FORGE DE LAGUIOLE and several
French Star-Cooks over a long time period. It is used professionally by the many
famous cooks in Europe. The special design of the knife and the fork allows to trencher meat, seafood and fruits very comfortable and more effective then other carving cutlery can do.

The Blade and the fork are made of T 12 forged stainless-steel which is high polished. The handmade handles are done in black horn tip. The Resort with a forged bee is as well as the
bolsters and the shepherds-cross done in stainless-steel, the finish is high polished. In the detail above you can see he forged bee and the resort with handmade "Guilloches".
